4:45 p.m., Aug. 19, 2004--The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has awarded a five-year, $16.7 million grant to the Delaware IDeA Network of Biomedical Research Excellence (INBRE), a consortium of the state's academic and medical institutions that is led by the University of Delaware and the Delaware Biotechnology Institute.
